Warnica PS is located in Painswick North

Painswick North is a triangular area in southeast Barrie, south of the southern shore of Kempenfelt Bay. It is north of Painswick South. The railway line forms the northern and eastern borders, with Big Bay Point Rd at the south, and Yonge Street runs down the middle of the area. Commercial and business districts are located in the northwest and southeast corners, as well as along Yonge Street. The area offers a mix of housing: detached homes, townhomes, and condos. Lovers Creek, part of the Lake Simcoe watershed, runs through this area.
