Our Lady of Mount Carmel School is located in the rural community of Carlisle, Ontario. The school opened in 1993. All of the students travel to and from school by bus coming from the area surrounding the school in Carlisle, as well as from Freelton, Puslinch, Campbellville, Morriston, and Cambridge. The school shares space with a Child Care Centre which also offers a 'Before and After' School Care program. Our school community participates annually in many charitable fundraisers including DREAMS, Christmas Hampers in support of the Catholic Children's Aid Society, and The Terry Fox Walk-a-thon.
Flamborough is a district and former municipality in the city of Hamilton. For most of its existence before amalgamation with Hamilton in 2001, Flamborough comprised the former townships of East Flamborough, West Flamborough, and Beverly, as well as the village of Waterdown.
