Waverly is a large, mostly residential neighbourhood in north-east Guelph, bordered by Eramosa Road, Victoria Road North, and the Speed River. The southern part of Waverly is across the river from downtown Guelph, while the northern part is bordered by parkland, forests, and farmland. Guelph General Hospital is in Waverley, and there are commercial areas along Eramosa Road, Victoria Road North, and Speedvale Avenue.
