A mixed neighbourhood built in the 1980s, Letitia Heights features author-named streets, such as Shakespeare, Browning, Burns and of course, Leacock. Leacock is a main road through the neighbourhood. Although it’s a mature area, a major makeover at Lampman Lane Park makes it a new destination for all residents. The residential area features a mix of century homes and new housing developments, including detached homes, apartments, semi-detached homes, and row housing. The woodlands in the western part of the area features trails.
